Once you have seen a demonstration and spoken to your Champion, and are convinced of the value of modernising your business with STREAMLEADER, it is time to deploy the software and tailor it to your exact business needs. The usual process is:
1. You assign an internal staff member to work with us most closely. This person will learn the most about the software early on and will help us coordinate deployment and staff training throughout the organisation.
2. We work with you to plan the best deployment method. This is either a rapid organisation-wide deployment, or a staged deployment with individual departments cutting over one at a time. An internal communications strategy is drafted to ensure that all your team is aware of what changes are happening and how it impacts their role.
3. We configure parts of the software that need to be tailored for you, such as invoices & purchase order stationery, task status and email content.
